In the year of 2014, do i still get a 1099-k filed on my behalf from venmo, even though all this is personal? 1099k is issued in all but 2 states for 20k transactions and over 200 payments. My question is since paypal owns Venmo does that mean it counts … Yes, they certainly do. They just file the forms, they don't include any taxes.
